another weekend

So here's how our weekend went: fishing (for 2 seconds), tennis (and 15 mosquito bites), red box, laundry, broken shoe in target (and new shoes for Chels!!), Asian Buffet (sore belly), Bridal Veil Falls, more red box and some popcorn. Thats all.

the WORST

Everyday during our lunch break, Brian and I usually sit outside becuse it's nice and warm and relaxing.  Well today we were laying on a nice grassy slope and right before we had to go back to work it felt like something crawled into my ear.  Jokingly I looked at Brian and said hey I think there's a bug in my ear. 

Well about 7 minutes later this was no joke.  I could feel somethig crawling in my ear. Everytime it moved I could feel it and hear little vibrations. 

By this point I was so grossed out and panicking so naturally I called my mom and asked her what to do (she and my sister both thought this was funny). Everytime that little bugger moved it almost made me throw up. Finally I left work in tears because I was so grossed out and couldn't stand it and went to the student health center (I picked Brian up on the way cause I was having a really hard time). 

So I get to the doctor and the dumb thing crawls out.  Basically I paid $25 just to be told that it crawled out of my ear. But luckily there are no bug legs or anything in my ear.

  Anyways...WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!

Lately I'm just having a bad time with bugs. There was a spider in our bed last week. Enough said.

chalk festival

We went to the Chalk Festival with Ammie and Caleb on Saturday and it was way cool! It was up in Salt Lake so we made a quick trip and looked at the picutes and then walked around the mall for a bit. Great place to people watch. I saw some really quality ladies and gents:)

the weekend

We went fishing with Ammie and Caleb last Saturday! We even caught a fish.  Well when I say we I mean the boys since they caught it while Ammie and I were being nice wives and getting milkshakes (DELISH). But they did catch it wth my pole so I can kinda claim it. We at the fish on Monday, it was great!

Just a heads up...probably the majority of my posts for the rest of the summer will be about fishing :)

I am so bored at work EVERYDAY I just want to poke my eyes out, maybe even with a stick...like this :)

The worst part is that I'm bored enough to google "poke my eyes" so I could find a suitable picture for this blog post.

The only thing that has made my day ok was lunch with this cute lady! Too bad she's leaving for a study abroad in like 3 days. I will cry

My day will be even better when 7pm rolls around, Brian and I are going to play tennis with our friends, Ammie and Caleb tonight, which will be fun!

 Most likely we will start out playing with our spouses and then the boys will decide it's a great idea to make Ammie and me be on the same team.  Ammie is great and I am not.  The boys are only good cause they hit the ball hard.  Ammie and I will lose (someday we'll win) and shout really mean things at our husbands and not even feel bad about it, it's always a great time.  Then we'll get cheap frozen yogurt.

 Can't wait for this to begin!
